On August 4th, GEARS demonstrated a previous robot to Elmore County Homeschool Organization (ECHO) and discussed opportunites to join a BEST robotics team.

On August 10th, five GEARS members attended the Fellowship of Home Educators (FHE), demonstrating a previous robot and discussing opportunities to join a BEST robotics team.

On August 24th, five team members attended the Ezekiel Academy Open House, demonstrating two previous robots and discussing opportunities to join a BEST robotics team.

On August 25th, GEARS demonstrated a previous robot to Eastwood Presbyterian Church School (EPCS) and discussed opportunites to join a BEST robotics team.

On August 30th, a group of GEARS members participated in Education Day during Department of the Air Force Information Technology and Cyberpower (DAFITC), where they learned about STEM careers and opportunities.

On September 21st GEARS, Inc gave a demonstration and presentation to Eastbrook-Morningview Neighborhood Association (EMNA).

On October 16th, members of the GEARS leadership team delivered the first draft of their marketing presentation to Montgomery Amateur Radio Club (MARC), as well as demonstrating a prototype of their robot.

On October 24th GEARS, Inc gave a presentation and demonstration of their prototype robot to American Heritage Girls (AHG).

On October 27th, the GEARS presentation team delivered a second draft of their marketing presentation to Montgomery Industry Partners (MIP).
